The reason why I chose to do The West Tiger Picture was that I admire them so much. It makes me feel all warmed up inside when I look at this picture. They are probably one of the most stunning teams that I have ever heard about.
This means so much to me because one of my most favorite players is in that team.
Step 1: First you have to find an image that you really like.
Step 2: Now you open up the photo shop program.
Step 3: Click on File then OPEN and look for your Picture that you chose.
Step 4: Drag the the tab with the lock which is on your right hand side and out it in the New Layer Tab.
Step 5: Next you have to put the one with the lock into the bin and rename the new layer to BACKGROUND.
Step 6: We are almost there but now make a new layer.
Step 7: Look further up the bar and look for Opacity then move it down to 80% but remember to click on the Background Layer First.
Step 8: Click on the other layer and look for the paint brush.
Out line your picture and your ready to go.
